Competitive Pay: Christel House offers one of the highest starting pays for teachers in the state of Indiana. We also offer a five year, $20k LTI (Long Term Incentive) for certified staff, stipends for lead teachers, athletic coaching positions, and a premium for staff that are bilingual in a language spoken by our families and students. 

Long Term Incentive Bonus: We offer a five year, $20k LTI (Long Term Incentive) to certified staff.

Student Loan Forgiveness
You may be eligible for student loan forgiveness of FFEL and/or Direct Loan Programs, through the U.S. Department of Education, if you work for us.

Christel House Indianapolis participates in the E-Verify system to determine employment eligibility for all newly hired employees.
