Steve is President & CEO of CE Solutions, a Carmel structural engineering firm he founded in 1998. His experience also includes two decades as a structural engineer at large, multi-disciplined firms. Under Steve's leadership, CE Solutions has grown from just Steve to a current professional staff of 16 doing work around the country. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Steve is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He is active in many organizations, such as the American Council of Engineeering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program of Indiana and Christel House Indianapolis. In 2012, he was named ASCE Indiana Section Outstanding Civil Engineer of the Year.

Logan Harrison is Anthem’s Senior Public Affairs Director.  Previously, Logan was the general counsel at the Insurance Institute of Indiana.   Prior to that in State government, Logan served in the Daniels and Pence Gubernatorial Administrations as the Chief Deputy at the Indiana Department of Insurance and primarily focused on health insurance, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and was the lead insurance policy director for the two former governors’ health care reform task force.  Logan is also a Major in the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps where he serves as Senior Defense Counsel for the 16^th Legal Operations Detachment at Ft. Hamilton, New York.  Logan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Marion County Public Defender’s Agency, The Damien Center, The State of Indiana’s Healthcare All Payer Claims Database, The Governor’s Healthcare Workforce Council and United States Senator Mike Braun’s Healthcare Advisory Committee.  Logan is a graduate of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and Indiana University Bloomington.

Corey Parchman, born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, is the
youngest of three children by Vivian Parchman and the late Edward Parchman who passed away when Corey was nine years old.
 
Corey attended Indianapolis Public Schools and graduated from Manual
High School where he excelled in sports. In track, Corey was 100 meter dash City Champ, 100 meter dash Conference Champ, 2x time Long Jump Sectional and Regional Champ, 2x 100 meter dash Sectional and
Regional Champ, 2x 200 meter dash Sectional and Regional Champ. In football, as a quarterback, he was two time All-City, First Team two time All-Conference First Team All-State, All-Metro, and District 7 All-Star.

Corey was also the starting quarterback for the South in the Annual Indiana North-South All-Star Football Classic.
 
After high school, Corey accepted a football scholarship to Ball State
University. Corey earned a Bachelor’s and  Master’s degree. Corey was a standout athlete while at Ball State and was once known as the fastest player in college football. He holds several records at Ball State including highest kick return average in a season and in a career, most kick return yards in a season, career, and a game. Corey also holds a Ball
State and NCAA Football record for the longest kick return (105 yards) in a game, which is still a record today. Because of this record breaking feat, he was featured on CBS’ Late Show with David Letterman.

After college, Corey was selected by the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars as an
Un-drafted Free Agent. He spent time with several NFL teams throughout his career including the Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders and the Green Bay Packers.
 
After retiring from the NFL, Corey pursued a career in business. He is the current owner and founder of several successful endeavors including Parchman Development, Clear Vision Media, Executive Concierge, and Core Par Enterprise. Corey is also an educator and philanthropist and founded two preschool franchises, Mini Men Pre-K Leadership
Academy and Pre-K University Academy.

Bryan Richardson is the President of Indy Wealth Planning Group.  For over 30 years Bryan has specialized in the distribution phase of our clients’ financial lives by providing retirees and pre-Retirees with proven strategies that deliver security, consistency, and predictability in their retirements, regardless of stock market volatility from year to year. 

When developing a retirement plan, it is crucial to ensure that your company retirement plan or IRA’s, investments, income plan, risk plan, and social security are working together and not against each other. Bryan’s first goal is to establish a risk plan to insure market corrections do not eliminate market gains. His goal is to capture the majority of the upside of the market and limit participation in market downturns.

Bryan has been a frequent speaker at AT&T, GM, Caterpillar, AE Staley, Ball Memorial Hospital and to groups of pastors, churches, CPAs and attorneys nationwide on the topic of wealth creation and distribution. He is graduate of Brebeuf High School and Manchester College. Bryan also attends ongoing significant studies annually on the subject of complex financial instruments at Wharton, The New York Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs and Wellington Management, to name a few. He is series 6 and 63 licensed for securities, as well as, life health and disability insurance for many states.

Bryan has been married for over 24 years and has 5 children and one grandson. He lives an active lifestyle of exercise, is a member of Broadmoor Country Club, and enjoys golf, swimming and running. He attends Light Of The World Christian Church where he served on the Church Council for over 20 years.

Carolina Melean Rashidfarokhi, hailing from the vibrant city of Cochabamba, Bolivia, is a trailblazing attorney and real estate developer committed to fostering community growth in Fishers, Indiana. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Privada Boliviana, Carolina’s quest for knowledge led her to Indiana University School of Law, where she earned an LL.M in American Law and a Juris Doctor.

Carolina’s professional journey is marked by her leadership and innovation. She began as a law clerk and contract specialist, ascending to Vice President and Assistant Legal Counsel at Pedcor Investments. In 2017, driven by a desire to create inclusive and thriving communities, she founded CR LAW LLC and CP Investments LLC. Through her firms, Carolina not only manages intricate real estate legal matters but also leads transformative real estate projects, ensuring they benefit the broader community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carolina’s heart lies in community service. As a trustee for the Indianapolis Zoo and a leader in organizations like La Plaza, Inc., and the Fishers Youth Assistance Program, she champions causes that uplift families and strengthen community bonds. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina’s diverse background enriches her approach to community building and legal practice.

Carolina’s personal life is a testament to her commitment to creating spaces where everyone can flourish.
